Frequently Asked Questions
  • When does the season start?: - Practices start in early August and runs through November
  • What's your refund policy?: 100% refund if a written request is made via email BEFORE July 14, 2025 and submitted to harleysvilleeagles@rocketmail.com. Registration documentation will be destroyed.
  • Do you offer financial aid?: Yes, the Harleysville Eagles offers financial aid. Please see the financial aid form in the documents tab. This has to be completed in full and emailed to Registration.
  • What equipment is included for tackle?: Includes jersey, pads, helmet, and basic chin strap. Players are responsible for BLACK padded pants, protective undergarments, socks, cleats, mouthpieces and a practice jersey.
  • What equipment is included for flag?: Includes jersey, soft helmet, mouthpiece and flags. Players will need to purchase pants, protective undergarments, socks, cleats and extra mouthpieces.
  • Are there any additional fundraising?: There will be no mandatory raffle this year. Other optional fundraiser events will take place during the season.
  • How do I pay my equipment deposit?: Equipment is handed out in August and upon receipt each player must present a $200 signed check, made out to the Harleysville Eagles, before equipment is provided to the player. No cash will be accepted. If the equipment is not returned by the end of the season, the check will be cashed.
  • What is the Volunteer Fee?: This is a refundable fee of $150.00 It will be required on the same day as equipment pickup. You will need to provide a check for $150 made out to the Harleysville Eagles. After you complete your two volunteer commitment shifts (ex. snack stand shift, field maintenance, etc.), your check will be given back to you.
